The First Day of Summer Camp
As our children would say, it was simply a blast! We ate, we sang, we skated, we danced, we had a ride, we had fun!
Starting with breakfast and our happy music class, we drove to the Skating class where our children had a wheel of a time zooming around and between each other. It was all laugh and cheers as the kids wound their way around!
After a quick snack, the children advanced to the Samba class! And boy, were they seriously following the instructions! As they went backwards and forward, the commitment to learning Samba was quite clear on their concentrated, little faces.
And we were back with hungry stomach. After lunch and a nap, we headed off to test our skills at Tennis. It being not too hot today, Tennis turned out to be a perfect option to kickstart summer camp today. Showing a few simple maneuvers and learning how to serve and catch the ball, our children proved to be marvelous at this game which demands strength.
Our children had an exhausting, albeit fun day! And we plan to repeat this for the rest of the days. Our super-exciting field trips begin from tomorrow, starting with Shedd Aquarium. Below is the schedule:Whoa
